At Safari Hunt Africa, we strive to ensure the best experience for all our clients. Please review our refund and returns policy for booked safari trips and services.
Clients may cancel their booking up to 30 days before the scheduled safari trip for a 75% refund of the total booking amount. Cancellations made within 30 days but more than 14 days prior will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the trip will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.
Non-refundable items include special promotional bookings, custom-tailored safari trips, and any last-minute bookings made within 7 days of the trip date.
Clients may reschedule their safari trip without incurring any penalties up to 21 days prior to the original date. Rescheduling requests made within 21 days of the trip may be subject to availability and a rescheduling fee of 10% of the total booking cost.
In cases of extreme weather, health emergencies, or unforeseen events affecting the safari, we reserve the right to offer an alternative date or provide a partial refund based on the situation.
